Every woman occasionally deals with a food baby or bloating. If you’re on the skinny side, you probably don’t experience a lot of this but for us women on the thicker side, it’s very normal.

1. Wear an oversized button down shirt or shirt dress

I particularly love a good oversized men’s shirt. They’re my go tos when I have a food baby. Pair that with skirts, pants, jeans and you’re good to go.

2. Throw on a blazer or jacket

First tip is simple, in order not to worry about sucking your tummy in all day, keep it out of sight.

3. Put on shape wear

Corsets are great, they hide everything nicely and leave you looking put together. Except, when you wear them for long hours, it can get pretty uncomfortable. So do it in moderation. We don’t need you passing out in town. Lol

4. Wear an oversized tee and Go monochrome

A monochromatic looks give a slimming effect. Seize that opportunity and style your oversized t shirts with similar colours.
