I recently hosted a vision board challenge and during the course of the challenge, I noticed we have similar aspirations and goals for the year.
And it’ll be selfish of me to hoard these apps that’ve been helping me crush my goals. So yeah! Here are my 5 must have apps for 2019!
1. HEALTH & FITNESS
The Nike training club app is a free app that gives you free workout videos together with voice overs and instructions. I’ve used it for months and my favourite thing about it is the fact that it caters for all fitness levels and has workouts ranging from cardio to yoga.
I’m off the belief that everyone has control over how their day goes. Yes, things may not always go as planned but the way we choose to react to everything changes EVERYTHING! So, I use an affirmation app that helps me start my day right no matter how crappy the previous day was. If you use affirmations, you’ll love this app,
If you’re anything like me, you have times when you are unable to account for your money. This app helps me keep track of how much I’m spending and earning, and where all of my money goes, literally lol
I get questions from time to time about the apps I use to edit my photos, and if I’m being honest it’s Lightroom. I’ve used Lightroom on probably every phone of mine.
5. PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
At the latter part of 2018, I revived my dying reading habit with the help of Habitify. I did so good, if I may say do myself, that I put together some experts for you, my ready. Check it out! You can also use this app to check and form any good habits you’ve been working on. Best part is, it sends you reminders and holds you accountable at the end of the day.
