HOW TO PROPERLY CARE FOR YOUR WHITE SHIRTS (6 WAYS)

White shirts are wardrobe staples so, I’m pretty sure you own a few yourselves. But unlike other clothing items, they easily get stained and may be more difficult to care for and maintain.

I wear a lot of white shirts and these simple tips have given them a much longer life span.

1. AVOIDING NECK MAKEUP

Applying makeup on your neck when you wear a white shirt is a huge mistake. There’s really nothing like ‘being careful enough’. It’ll by all means rub off on your shirt collar. Instead, I use a simple hack to ensure that I have an all round even complexion. Here goes; apply your face powder to your chin and worry no more. HOW TO PROPERLY CARE FOR YOUR WHITE SHIRTS

2. KEEP YOUR PERFUME OFF

One of the easiest ways get your shirt stained is by spraying perfume directly on it. Especially, oil based perfume. If you happen to use one, I advice you put it on before you wear your shirt. Or better still, spray it a few inches away from your shirt.
